94th Convention Cancelled

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NETPA board cancelled the convention. Winners of the Better Newspaper Contest will be announced on the website and plaques will be mailed to the winners.

Springhill Suites in Rockwall will be the host hotel for the 94th annual meeting of the North and East Texas Press Association. Convention chair Wyndi Veigel said that the room rate is $119 per night with a reservation deadline of March 4.

8:30 to 9:30 a.m. – Creative ways to generate local content without the use of staff – led by Brad Blakemore/ Roundtable discussion
